Johnny Ray Ginn of Cushman passed away January 1, 2025. John was born March 29, 1939, in Oklahoma City to the late Ada and Ray Ginn. John married Evelyn Fulbright, originally of Cushman, Arkansas while they were living in McFarland, California in 1960. While living in California, John was a carpenter and paint store owner. John and Evelyn moved to Cushman in 1983 where John built their home. John was a volunteer for WRMC Auxilaryy for 16 years. He was an excellent craftsman and took pride in his work. He loved fishing and golfing and watching college football and basketball, especially his beloved Arkansas Razorbacks. John and Evelyn attended Campground Church in Bethesda.

John is preceded in death by both of his parents, his son; Johnny Ray Jr., and his sister; Beverly Ousley.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Evelyn 'Fulbright' Ginn; his daughter, Kathy Ginn Handford (Brant), grandchildren; Katrina Ginn, Zachary Ginn and Taylor Hardford.
