Jimmy Scoggin, 43, of Batesville passed away Thursday, August 1, 2013 in Sebring, FL. He was born August 23, 1969 in Lansing, MI to Tim Scoggins and Elizabeth Van Alstine Scoggins. He was a carpenter and of the Christian faith. He was preceded in death by his grandparents. Survivors include his wife, Becky Scoggin of Batesville; his father, Tim Scoggins and step-mother Linda Scoggins of Batesville; his mother Liz Scoggins of FL; his step grandmother, Betty Jo Scoggins of Floral; two sisters, Christina Scoggins of FL and Diana Johnson of MI. There will be a memorial service at a later date.
