Jimmy Arness Hallmark, 55, of Locust Grove passed away Saturday March 16, 2019. Jimmy was a fan of racing and loved hunting and fishing and being outdoors. He is preceded in death by his father Marion Hallmark and is survived by his mother Elaine Williams (Toby), girlfriend Roxeanne Plautz, son Bo Hallmark (Trina), brother Alex Hallmark, sister Sceleta Garrett (Brian), grandchildren Chandler and Lilly Manis, nieces, Danielle and Chelesy Garrett, and great nephew Harrison. Visitation will be Wednesday March 20 from 12-2PM followed by a 2PM Funeral Service at Willis Funeral Service in Batesville, AR
