Jimmy Gray, 80, of Newark passed away Monday, July 27, 2015 in Batesville. He was born August 20, 1934 in Almond Arkansas to Bradley Gray and Verl Waltermire Gray. He loved spending time with his wife, playing cards with his friends, gardening, hunting, and fishing. Survivors include his wife, Janet Jenner Gray of forty-five years, of the home; one sister Alice White of Battle Creek Michigan. He is preceded in death by his parents, a son Philip Gray. Services will be 10:00 A.M., Thursday, July 30, 2015 at the Willis Funeral Service Chapel. Honorary Pallbearers; Dr. Robert Walton, Larry Williams, Wayne Baker, Norman Terrel, J.D Hooper and George Patterson. Visitation will be 9:00 A.M.-10:00 A.M. Thursday, July 30, 2015, with Jeff Childers officiating. Burial will be at York Cemetery in Marcella Arkansas.
