Jesse James (Taco) Garcia, 69, passed away on June 14, 2022. He was born in Shelby, Michigan, on July 26, 1952, to Jose Garcia and Guadalupe Rivera Garcia.

Jesse was born in Michigan but spent most of his life in Arkansas. He loved playing horseshoes, driving back roads with his dog J.R. and listening to country music. But most of all, he loved spending time with friends and family.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jose and Guadalupe Garcia; brother, Ralph Garcia; and sisters, Mary McCarville and Delfina Leal. He is survived by his brothers, Abe Garcia of Batesville, AR, Alfred Garcia of Batesville, AR, and Robert Garcia (Lucinda) of Bethesda, AR; sisters, Gloria Franks of Bethesda, AR, Evangelina Dowell (Gary) of Bethesda, AR, Polly Tosh of Bethesda, AR, and Maggie Rolins (Jim) of Bethesda, AR; and his special friend of thirteen years, Barb Green of Bethesda, AR.

A celebration of life, officiated by Larry Sellers, will be held at the Robert Gray Miller Access at O'Neal on Saturday, June 25, 2022, at 10 a.m.
