Jerry Randall “Randy” Jones, 70, passed away on July 22, 2026, in Batesville, AR. He was born on July 4, 1956, in Batesville, AR, to the late Finis “Bud” Jones and Clarice (Perryman) Jones. Randy enjoyed being outside, whether it was fishing, yardsaling, grilling, or working in the yard with his plants. He loved his Pomeranian, Bubba. Randy retired from GDX Automotive after working for them for over thirty years. Above all else, he loved spending time with his family.

Randy is survived by his wife of seven years, Mary (Pettit) Jones; son, Jermey Jones; daughter, Alicia Jones; numerous grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and brother, Donald Jones. He is preceded in death by his father, Bud Jones and his mother, Clarice Jones.

There will be a visitation held at Willis Funeral Service Chapel on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, from 1 PM to 2 PM. The funeral service, officiated by Larron McClure, will be held the same day, beginning at 2 PM. Interment will follow at Lee’s Chapel at Moorefield. Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Eric Elam, Dondrel Pedescleaux, Michael Taylor, Morgan Nicholas, Johnny Butler, and Herman Taylor.

The family requests that casual attire be worn to Randy’s services, as he was never fancy and would want everyone to come as they are.
