Jerry LaVonne Adams, 74, of Locust Grove passed away June 20th at his home. Jerry was a successful hard worker, accomplished in the things he did, and most of all he loved his family. He was preceded in death by his mother Donnie Mae Adams and his brothers and sisters. He is survived by a son, Russell Adams Sr. and his daughter Devonna Jones, 11 grandchildren, Dustin LaVonne Adams, Jacob David Lee Adams, Nicholas Justin Adams, Russell LaVonne Adams Jr., Nathaniel Alexander Adams, Tatum James Lee Adams, Sheala Jo Cook, Leslie Danielle Jones Walker, Ariel Dawn Jones Thursby, Autumn Renea Jones, and Lindsey Michelle Jones, 5 great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and dear friends A visitation will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, June 23rd for friends and family at the Willis Funeral Service chapel, with a funeral service to follow at 11:00 AM. Interment will be at the Egner Cemetery in Southside.
