Jeffrey David Bates, 46, passed away Saturday, November 18th, 2017. He was born February 15th, 1971 in Rockford, Illinois. He was of the Baptist faith. He was handy with electronics and enjoyed working with computers. He was preceded in death by his father, Carl Bates; and his brother, Steven Bates. He is survived by his mother, Kathryn Bates; one son, Anthony Bates; two daughters, Kelsey Bates and Madison Bates; and two grandchildren. A memorial service is planned to be held at a later date.
