Jeanene Marie Vanderpool, 56, of Batesville, AR, passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2020. She was born on June 19, 1963, in Santa Monica, CA. Jeanene was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, and friend, whose memory will be forever kept in the hearts of those that loved her.

She is preceded in death by her aunt and uncle, Ruth Christiansen and Ted Christiansen. She is survived by her parents, Donald Cooper and Jeannette Cooper; step-mother, Joan Cooper; daughters, Cori Robinson-Finnie (Billy), Jessica Smith, and Melanie Martin (Shane); brothers, David Cooper (Heather) and Daniel Cooper; step-brother and step-sister, Robert Christian (Beth) and Sherri Morrissey; and grandchildren, Dylan Richardson, Jackson Robinson, Connor Martin, Maddie Martin, and Misteri Stout.

"If raindrops fall in heaven, Lord please take my mother's hand. Dance with her on a cloud so high. And if a rainbow should appear, take her hand and lead her on her way, so that she might see us once again. As she smiles at the wonder of heaven, wrap your arms around her and dance with her again. For you see, she was my momma upon this earth. And I will forever be grateful that she was mine. I simply was not ready when I had to let her go. So, tell her that I love her, more than she could ever know. So kiss her gently on her cheek for me, for now, she waits in heaven. I still want her to know that she still means the world to me, and how much I miss her so."
