J.B. Galloway, 80, of Batesville passed away Sunday June 30, 2019 at Community Compassion Center in Batesville. J.B. was born March 5, 1939, in Batesville, AR to Paul and Mildred (Davis) Galloway. J.B. served our country in the United States Army. J.B. enjoyed auctions, buying and selling cars, even owning a car lot or 2 in his day. But over the years J.B.'s main passion and love was being a pilot. J.B. flew a crop-duster for over 30 years. J.B. was preceded in death by both of his parents. He is survived by his son, Jerry (Cheryl) Lee Galloway of Brookhaven, MS, his daughter, Teresa (Walter) Galloway Pearson of Batesville, AR, 3 brothers:  Billy Galloway of CA, Anthony and Aubrey Galloway, both of Batesville, AR, 2 sisters:  Mary Rosencrants of Batesville, AR, and Jimmie Smith of Swartz Creek, MI, 5 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 7 step-great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 10AM-2PM Friday July 5, 2019 followed by a 2PM funeral, both at Willis Funeral Service in Batesville. Burial will follow at Alderbrook Cemetery in Desha.
