James Brent Dixon, 39, passed away on June 26, 2023. He was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, on June 11, 1984.

James was an avid sports fan and loved watching ESPN. He passed along his love of sports to his children by coaching them to play football and basketball. James also had a wonderful sense of humor and loved to make others laugh. He was a loving father, son, brother, uncle, and friend whose memory will forever live on in the hearts of those that loved him.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Albert and Lucille Craig, and Sam and Zella Dixon, and son, Kameron Dixon. He is survived by his parents, Troy Dixon Sr. and Sarah Dixon; son, Kobe Dixon; daughter, Kalila Dixon; brother, Troy Dixon Jr.; sister, Lakeisha Johnson; and a host of nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held at Willis Funeral Service on Monday, July 3, 2023, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. The funeral service, officiated by Walter Daughtery, will be held following the visitation starting at 4 p.m.
