James Raymond Brown, 65 of Strawberry passed away Sunday, July 28, 2013 in Batesville. He was born November 22, 1947 in Alicia to James Henry Brown and Wynnette Parks Brown. He was a farmer and of the Church of Christ faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters; Mary Manns and Virginia Rush. Survivors include his wife, Judy Brown of the home; four daughters; Tammy Vaughn and her husband Danny of Hoxie, Jamae Cole and her husband Tommy of Bay, Rachel Castle and her husband James of Batesville, Stephanie Williams of Horseshoe Bend; one brother, Gene Brown of Light; three sisters, Anita Simpson of Mammoth Springs, Wanda Bennett of Pocahontas, Jeanette Denise Britt of Walnut Ridge; eleven grandchildren, and five great grandchildren. Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 31, 2013 10:00 AM at the Willis Funeral Service Chapel with Glendon "Butch" Parks officiating. Interment will follow in the Ward Cemetery at Strawberry. Pallbearers will be Marvin Parks, Paul Parks, Dannie Vaughn, Danny Vaughn, Seth Simpson, and Kyle Radcliff. Honorary Pallbearers are Roy Junior Britt, Aaron Britt, Jessie Britt, and Tommy Cole. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 30, 2013 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
