Jackie Lynn Barnes, 75 of Benton, formerly of Batesville, passed away Thursday, August 14, 2014 in Benton. He was born October 15, 1938 in Batesville to Otto Perry Barnes and Thelma L. Huddleston Barnes. Jackie was of the Church of Christ faith. Survivors include two sisters, Judy Garcia and her husband, Ralph, of Batesville and Ruby Eiden of Taylor, MI; his aunt, Vada Barnes of Batesville; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Graveside services will be 10:00 A.M., Saturday, August 16, 2014 at Lee's Chapel Cemetery on Hwy. 25.
