Hulon Ray Herring of Cord passed away November 28, 2015. He was born to Mildred and Warren Herring at Cord Arkansas on November 5, 1932. He was a Christian and of the non-denominational faith. He enjoyed doing woodwork and making crafts as well as spending quality time with his dog Jessie. He also fathered 35 foster children in his lifetime. He was preceded in death by his parents Warren Elbridge Herring and Mildred Hensley Herring; one aunt Anna Foster, and five uncles: Allen Hensley, Roy Hensley, Laman Herring, Wayman Herring, and Frank Herring. He is survived by his former spouse and close friend Shirley Herring Hubble, one son Marcus Ray Herring and his wife Melissa; one daughter Josie Raye Herring Baney and her husband Josh; one brother Billy Allen Herring and his wife Linda; five grandchildren Jarmey Sallee, Warren Herring, Ashley Herring, Michael Herring, and Shelby Davis; one great-grandson Zayden Herring; two nephews Keith Herring and Michael Herring, 35 different foster children and a host of other relatives and dear friends.
