Harold D Maxwell Jr. went home to be with the Lord Jesus Christ, Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at the age of 64. Harold was born in Chincoteague, Virginia, to the late Harold D Maxwell Sr. and Florence (Barnes) Maxwell on August 4, 1955. Harold worked 46 years as a dental technician, working in a lab and assisting countless Dentists by providing quality work that landed him in the top of his field. Harold was known for his hard work, but his passion was his love for Jesus Christ and his family. Harold adored his wife of nearly 44 years, Gayla Anne (England) Maxwell, and leaves a testimony of faith, love, and hard work for his children, grandchildren, and generations to come.

Harold is survived by his wife, Gayla and their 2 daughters and their husbands: Jenifer and Sergeant First Class Thomas Barnett, and Angela and Richard Combs, one brother, Larry Maxwell, 3 sisters:  Vicki McDaniel, Marilyn Ivy, and Paula Murphy, 3 grandchildren:  Brook Combs, Grant Combs, and Colton Tarrer, and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Services are entrusted to Willis Funeral Service. There will be a visitation at the New Life Assembly of Jesus Christ in Magness, Friday, September 27, 2019, from 1-2 PM, followed by a 2 PM Funeral. Interment will follow at Egner Cemetery in Salado.
