Goldie Maxine Sandy, 88, passed away Monday, April 17th, 2017. She was born March 25th, 1929 in Wichita, Kansas. She was preceded in death by her parents Charlie and Mable Johnson; her husband Leland Sandy; one son Michael Gray; two grandsons Christopher Thomas and Michael Gray Jr.; one sister Connie Amoros; and one brother Roy Johnson. She is survived by one son Chester Gray and his wife Janet; one daughter Carolyn Gray; two sisters Betty Wilson and Pearl Morris; four grandchildren Karen Carlton and her husband Ron; Brian Gray and his mother Fonda Phillips, Jeromy Bunch, and Jessica Garrard; and one great-granddaughter Danielle Thomas. Visitation will be Wednesday April 19th from 5-7 PM at Willis Funeral Service. Graveside services will be Thursday April 20th at 10 AM at the Alderbrook Cemetery of Desha with Bro. Larry Sellers officiating. Pallbearers include Gordon Harmon, Keith Harmon, Jeromy Bunch, Brian Gray, Ron Carlton, and Larry Johnson.
