Georgia Ann Blue, 71 of Batesville passed away Thursday, September 19, 2013 in Batesville. She was born January 27, 1942 in Everton to William Samuel Slagle and Clementine Elam Slagle. She was a factory worker, a Christian, and enjoyed traveling with her friends and group trips. She is preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Richard Slagle. Survivors include her husband, Jerry Blue; one son, Michael Blue of Batesville; one daughter, Janet Seay of Tennessee; one brother, Jim Slagle of Cabot; three sisters, Billie Joe Deo of Bingen, WA, Kay Dale of Bentonville, and Sheila Slagle of Bingen, WA; two grandchildren, Mikey Griggs and Chrissy Woodcock; and one great grandchild, Lilly Marie Woodcock. Services will be 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at Willis Funeral Service Chapel with Steve Gunther officiating. Interment will be in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Mike Wood, Sam Slagle, Marcus Dale, Steve Melton and Roy Skelton. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 24, 2013 from 5:00 P.M.-7:00 P.M.
