Wife, sister, mom, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Frankye M. Walker, passed away on Monday, April 7, 2025, at the age of 81. Frankye was born in Cleveland, MS on September 20, 1943, to the late Frank L. Marshall Jr and Elsie (Warren) Gill. She is preceded in death by both of her parents; her husband, James E. Walker; her stepfather, Roy B. Gill; her brother, Frank Marshall III; and her sister, Rachel Outzs. She is survived by her two sons, Robert Steed, and Mike Steed (Teresa). She was a caring grandmother to five grandsons, one granddaughter, and 18 great-grandchildren. All of her "grands" were fortunate to know her well.

Services are entrusted to Willis Funeral Service of Batesville, AR. There will be a graveside service held at Delta Heights Memorial Gardens in Cleveland, MS, on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at 2 PM.
