Frankie Dale Gwin, 78, passed away on May 13, 2023. He was born in Leflore, OK, on January 7, 1945, to Charlie Gwin and Mildred (Walden) Gwin. Frankie was the owner and operator of Batesville Roofing for forty years. He was an avid outdoorsman, who enjoyed fishing, hunting, boating, and camping, alongside one of his best friends and brother-in-law, Bearl Thompson. He also enjoyed barbequing with family and football. Above all else, he loved spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Frankie is survived by his loving wife of fifty-seven years, Wanda (Thompson) Gwin; daughters, Sherry Petree and Shauna Wood (Bruce); brothers, Roger Gwin (Kathy), David Gwin (Peggy), and Randy Gwin (Julie); sisters, Phyllis Rouzer (Harry), Debrea Bohannon (Allen), Martha Reddin (Allen), and Judy Yates; grandchildren, Brad Hall (Cherry), Ashley Hall, Amber Schultz (Ricky), Courtney Brann (Carrie), Krissy Scott (David), and Khristian Warden; and great-grandchildren, Addison, Jaxon, Hunter, Karsyn, Haydyn, Luke, Olivia, Evan, Emma, Eric, Ellie, and Emmett.

There will be a Celebration of Life on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at Fellowship Baptist Church (1003 Batesville Blvd. Batesville, AR 72501) starting at 4PM with a dinner to follow.
