Evelyn Osborn, 88, passed away Saturday, November 4, 2017. She was born October 2nd, 1929 in Step Rock, Arkansas. She was of the Apostolic Pentecostal faith. She loved sewing, gardening, flowers, and baking. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wiley and Ruth Caruthers; her husband, Richard Osborn; one son, Roger Skinner; and two daughters, Carla Blankenship and Rhonda Parish. She is survived by two sons, Wiley Gene Osborn and his wife Ginger Jean, and Carl Richard Jr. "Dickie" Osborn and his wife Cathy; and one daughter, Retha Sue Mason; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; and lots of nieces and nephews; and a host of extended relatives and friends. Visitation will be Monday, November 6th from 6-8 PM at the Willis Funeral Service Chapel. Graveside services will be Tuesday, November 7th at 10 AM at the Philadelphia Cemetery of Sunnydale.
