Eletha Elizabeth McElroy, 68, of Batesville entered into rest on Monday, December 14, 2020. Eletha was born on February 17, 1952, in Newport, AR. She was a faithful woman that was full of life and love. She served the Lord Jesus Christ and was a member of the Magness Church of God. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved her family more than anything, and spending time with them was the most precious thing to her. Eletha also enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, going out on the boat, and helping others.

Eletha is preceded in death by her parents, Pete and Goldie Sanders. She is survived by her beloved husband of 49 years, Jimmy D McElroy; two sons, Jimmy J. McElroy and Randy D. McElroy; four brothers, Mervin, Roy, Leon, and Elmer; three sisters, Emma Hogans, Parthena Powell, and Lena Harrison; four grandchildren, Dalton Bennett, Dylan McElroy, Skyla McElroy and Chase McElroy; and 2 great-grandchildren.
