Earl Lee Cousins Jr., 63, of Floral passed away December 29th, 2016. He was born July 27th, 1953 in Forrest City, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his parents and a few of his siblings. He is survived by his wife Kerri Cousins; one step-son Aaron Thomas; one daughter Jennifer Cousins; and two sisters Patti and Brenda. No services are planned to be held at this time.
