Dorothy Jean (McElroy)Robinson, 67, of Batesville, AR, died on Saturday, February 25, 2023. Dorothy was born August 19, 1955, in Wynne, AR, to the late Junior Billy McElroy and Ruthie Hazel (Lindsey) McElroy. Dorothy was a loving person who got along with everybody. She enjoyed going out and having a good time, dancing and singing with her friends and family. Dorothy also loved to fish. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, aunt, cousin, and friend. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.

Dorothy is preceded in death by both of her parents; her brother, Daniel McElroy, her sister, Ruby Smith; her daughter, Melinda Byrd, her nephews, Jeremy Hagler and Jimmy Yancey, and her cousin Mark Anthony. She is survived by her son, Curtis Jones (Shelly); her daughter, Brandy Paige; her brothers, Billy McElroy, Bo McElroy, Robert McElroy, and David Hagler; her sister, Judy Yancey; 13 grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
