Donnie James Payton, 60, of Batesville passed away Tuesday February 16, 2016 at the White River Medical Center. He was born on November 23, 1955 to James Clinton Payton and Wilma Jean Payton in Arizona. He was preceded in death by his mother Wilma Jean (Hogue) Payton. He is survived by his father James Payton, and his sister Nail Ann Baker. No Arrangements made at this time.
