Donald Neill Nance, 70, of Batesville passed away Monday, May 11, 2015 in Batesville. He was born December 24, 1944 in Newport to Boyce Nance and Georgia Broyles Nance. He owned and operated the Dairy Queen for many years, was a member of the Church of Christ, a supporter of John 3:16, and an avid Razorbacks fan. He loved fishing and helping people. Survivors include two daughters, Michelle Bishop of Batesville and Lisa Felts of Conway; one brother, Ronald Nance of Searcy; one sister, Sharon Strecker of Cord and four grandchildren, Tyler Bishop and Logan Bishop both of Batesville and Morgan Felts and Alli Grace Felts both of Conway. He is preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Fred Snetzer and an infant daughter, Donna Carol. Graveside Services are 6:00 P.M., Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Newport with Bryan Tuggle officiating. Pallbearers are Jim Bruce, Jerry Williams, Tyler Bishop, John Barksdale, Bryan Barksdale and Ethan Reed. Honorary Pallbearers are Otto Reynolds and Don Boyster. Visitation will be 3:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M., Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at the Willis Funeral Service.
