Donald Lee Davis, 58, passed away Sunday, December 3rd, 2017. He was born August 24th, 1959 in Batesville, Arkansas. He was of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, and time spent with his grandkids. He was preceded in death by his parents, Cleveland Davis and Betty (Wood) Nash and step-father Charles Nash; his grandparents, Hayden and Geraldine Wood; his step-grandparents, Charlie Nash and Myrtle Nash. He is survived by his five children, Daniel Davis and his wife Heather, Kristopher Davis, Ryan McMahan, Jordan Davis, and Karen (Davis) Burrow and her husband Freeman; his girlfriend, Sonya Morgan and her five children that called him Dad; one sister, Linda Deaton and her husband David Deaton; one brother, Brian Nash and his wife Tanya; and three step-brothers, Randy Nash, Jeff Nash, and Bobby Nash; five grandchildren; and many aunts, uncles, nephews, and nieces. A memorial service is scheduled for Monday, December 11th at 2 PM at the Hazel Edwards Memorial United Methodist Church of Newark.
