Donald Ray Blevins, 69, of Diaz passed away Thursday, October 23, 2014 in Diaz. He was born August 2, 1945 in Crab Orchard, KY to Melvin Blevins and Robeda Ping Blevins. He was a carpenter and loved fishing. Survivors include two daughters, Catherina Blevins of Buchanan Dam, TX and Sara Rubeo of Golden Valley, AZ; five brothers, Jack Blevins of Kentucky, Robert Blevins of Ohio, Curtis Blevins of Kentucky, Doug Blevins of Newport, and Johnnie Blevins of Texas; one sister, Marie Hurst of Pocahontas. He is preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Irene Russell, Christine Scheffler, and Martha Blevins; and three brothers, Harold Blevins, Emory Blevins, and Earl Blevins.
