Delida Lynne Evans, 58, of Batesville passed away on Saturday, September 7, 2024. She was born December 4, 1965, in West Memphis, AR, to Georgia Neal and the late James Curtis Neal.  Delida was full of energy and a giving woman who loved her family. No matter the occasion, Delida always supported and loved spending time with her five grandchildren. Outside of family time, Delida could be found working and growing her flower bed and bird watching. She had an amazing talent for crafting and blessed people with her exceptional work in crocheting. Delida was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, and friend whose memory will forever be cherished by those who loved her.

She is preceded in death by her father; James Curtis Neal; and two brothers, James Curtis Jr. and Columbus Barnett.

Left to cherish her memories include her husband for nineteen plus years Larry Evans, son Jeremy Carlton; her two daughters, Heather Pool (Jon) and Katie Lovins (Coty); her grandchildren Hunter Davis, Houston Davis, Peyton Pool, James Carlton, and Allison Pool; her mother Georgia Neal; one brother, Joe Neal (Penny); two sisters; Gwen Gillmore and Sheila Neal Abbott.

Graveside service for Delida will be held on Friday, September 13, 2024, at 2:30 p.m. at the Barren Fork cemetery in Mt. Pleasant, Arkansas
