Deborah Gail McClurg, 65, passed away on April 10, 2022. She was born in Searcy, Arkansas, on April 11, 1956, to Elvin Lee Pate and Shirley Jo (Bailey) Pate.

Deborah drove an eighteen-wheeler for most of her life. She enjoyed camping and spending time on the lake. She also loved working in the kitchen at Woodlawn and Meadow Heights preparing meals for the residents. Above all else, she loved spending time with her family and friends. Deborah was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, and friend whose memory will forever be cherished by those that loved her.

Deborah is survived by her son, Jim McClurg (Brittani); daughter, Mande Herekamp (Matthew); brother, Terry Pate; sisters, Donna Melville (Steve) and Tammy Hill (Lindal); and four grandchildren, Dylan Herekamp (Katie), Sharisa Herekamp, Corbin McClurg, and Emerson McClurg.

There will be a Visitation at Willis Funeral Service Chapel on Thursday, April 14, 2022, from 1-2PM with a Funeral Service officiated by Jesse Pate to follow. Interment will be at Egner Cemetery in Salado, AR. Pallbearers are Dylan Herekamp, Donnie Pate, James Reilly, Trevor Hill, Chase Baker, and Bill Barker. Honorary pallbearers are Corbin McClurg, Emerson McClurg, Sharisa Herekamp, and Dylan Herekamp.
