David Edward Outlaw, 65, of Locust Grove, AR, died in his home on July 16, 2023. He was born December 20, 1957, in Warren, AR. David worked as a truck driver for logging and construction companies. He also worked on a farm as a tractor driver. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and gardening. He loved being with his family. He was of the Christian faith.

David is preceded in death by his grandson, Kenny. He is survived by his wife of forty-five years, Belinda Caine-Outlaw; one son, Lewis Barton Outlaw, and wife Kyla; one daughter, Amanda Outlaw-Nitz, and husband Jerry; one granddaughter, Courtney Outlaw; two grandsons, Jacob and Randy of Warren, AR; and his sister-in-law, Diann Gulledge of Hamburg, AR. Services are entrusted to Willis Funeral Service.
