David Alan LaBounty, 64, of Batesville passed away Thursday, December 5, 2013 in Batesville. He was born March 29, 1949 to Eldon LaBounty and Helen Perdue LaBounty. He was an electrician and a member of the Christian Church in Hoopeston, IL. He enjoyed his animals, trap shooting and creating things. Survivors include his wife, Lucinda LaBounty of the home, two sons, Eric LaBounty of Gardner, KS and Brian LaBounty of LeRoy, IL; one daughter, Brandy Trueblood of Washington, IN; twenty one grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Roger LaBounty and Danny LaBounty. There will be a Celebration Of Life in Hoopeston, IL at a later date.
