David Lee Daughtry, 71, of Pleasant Plains died Tuesday, Dec.30, 2014. He was born August 5, 1943, in Alabama to Dell and Audrey Daughtry. He retired from Southwestern Bell and was a former Marine. Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Pat Daughtry; two children, Scott Daughtry and his wife, Kim, of Oil Trough and Kellie Daughtry Kircher and her husband, Patrick, of Little Rock; his grandsons, Landon and Jacob Daughtry of Oil Trough, Jackson and Anderson Kircher of Little Rock; his granddaughters, Kaitlyn Daughtry of Oil Trough and Chandler Kircher of Little Rock; his brother, Erby Daughtry of Michigan; his sister, June Christian of Batesville and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Randall Lee Daughtry; his sister, Kathryn Boyette; his brother, Sam Daughtry; his nieces, Lily Gates and Kay Moore. A memorial service will be held 10:00 A.M., Friday, January 2, 2015 at the Pleasant Plains First Baptist Church. Burial service will not follow.
