Colleen Creech, 89 of Batesville passed away Saturday August 22, 2015 in Batesville. She was born May 5, 1926, to Harry Crowell and Mamie Apple Crowell. She loved her grandchildren with her whole heart, spending time with her family, talking to people, cooking and horse showing in her early years. Survivors include her Daughter; Caryn Creech (Cindy Davenport) of Batesville, a sister, Charleen Strother of Hutchinson Mountain, five grandchildren; Patrick Davenport, Cagney Davenport, Jeanne Markowski, Joey Markowski, Brock Newman, six great- grandchildren; Gabey Mangus, Grayson Mangus, Sophia Markowski, Rayne Markowski, Rayden Markowski, and Drake Clark, two nieces; Sue Stinnett, of Hutchinson Mountain, and Conda Platt of Rosie. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Charles (Turk) Creech, and sister, Clora May. Services will be held at Willis Funeral Chapel Tuesday August 25, 2015 at 11:00 A.M., with Joey Markowski speaking. Pallbearers; Robert Bristow, Freddy Mohlke, Patrick Davenport, Brock Newman, Tony May, Mark Hightower, R.J. Bristow, Gabey Mangus, and Grayson Mangus. Honorary Pallbearers; Thomas Bristow, Glenda May, and Bill Grady. Special thanks to; Melissa Scheburt, and Tiffany Huffiins. Visitation will be held at Willis Funeral service Chapel, Monday August 24, 2015 from 6:00 P.M to 8:00 P.M Interment will be at Palestine Cemetery, Hutchinson Mnt.
