Charles "Chuck" Lawrence of Batesville passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at the age of 69. Chuck was born December 30, 1949 to Clarence and Lucille (Massey) Lawrence in Batesville, AR. Chuck was a roofer by trade but had retired after 25 years of service at Con-Agra. Chuck loved to hunt, especially deer and squirrel. He loved trail riding and horses, he even shoed horses. On a couple of occasions, Chuck travelled to Colorado to ride horses up in the mountains. Chuck enjoyed watching Mountain Men and American Pickers. Of all the things Chuck loved the most important is his family and his friends. Chuck married his wife Brenda Green in 1997 and since that time he and she have tackled life together, doing all the things they both wanted and loved to do. Chuck had many friends, his hunting buddy Dan Williams, his long-time friends Grant Stroh, Tim Asay, Steve Dayberry, and so many more. Chuck is preceded in death by both of his parents. He is survived by his loving wife Brenda Lawrence, his two sons:  Chris Lawrence of Elmore City, OK and Teddy Wilson of Cave City, AR, and his sister Cheryl Wilkes of Cave City, AR, and 3 grandchildren:  Chad Lawrence of Oklahoma, Abby Lawrence of Oklahoma, and Jenna Patterson of Arkadelphia, AR.. Arrangements are entrusted to Willis Funeral Service of Batesville, AR. There will be a gravesite memorial service Sunday August 4, 2019 at 5 PM at Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Cushman, AR
