Chester Edward Fisher ,69, of Jacksonville, AR passed away Friday February 8, 2019. He was born January 25th 1950 in Newport, AR. Chester enjoyed hunting, fishing, and the outdoors. He even made and reloaded his own ammo. He was a member at the Newark Church of Christ. He is preceded in death by his parents Basil Fisher and Violet Rutledge, his brother, Maurice Fisher, and 2 infant sisters that passed as children. He is survived by one son, Corey Fisher, of Burton, Michigan, one daughter, Leah Garza, one brother Norman (Buddy) Fisher of Newport and three sisters Barbara Coombs, Imogean Falwell, and Wilma Hendrick, and one grandchild, Alicia Garza.  There will be a celebration of life at Willis Funeral Service in Batesville, AR Friday February 15 from 10AM-12
