Chase Hilton, 31, of Batesville passed away Tuesday, November 17, 2015. He was born March 3, 1984 in Mena to Johnny and Fran Hilton. He was the Agriculture instructor and FFA advisor at Southside Charter High School Chase was preceded in death by his grandfather, Robert H. Stroud. Survivors include his wife of ten years, Rana; a daughter, Harper Claire. Other survivors include his parents, Johnny and Fran Hilton; grandparents John and Trevia Hilton of Mena; A.B. and Ruby Smith of West Monroe, LA; his brother Conn, and a host of friends and relatives. Chase had a passion for team roping. He enjoyed raising cattle on the farm with his family. He loved being an educator and helping to shape the lives of his students. Memorial Service is Friday, November 20, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. at the Southside Public Schools (New) Gym with Roger Hook officiating. Honorary Pallbearers are Trenton Tosh, Blaine French, Troy Weatherley, Luke Billingsley, Cody Pearce, Craig Brown, and all the Southside FFA members past and present.
