Carole June Lee, 74, of Batesville passed away Friday, June 13, 2014 in Batesville. She was born September 23, 1939 in Desha to Clifford Lewis and Lola Smith Lewis. She was a nurse's aid and of the Severnth Day Adventist faith. Carole enjoyed her family and traveling. Survivors include one son, Arlis Lee, Jr. of Batesville; three daughters, Sherri Traw, Hope Candler and Pam Biggers all of Batesville; five brothers, Ben Lewis of Minnesota, Mickey Lewis of Cave City, Jimmy Lewis of Batesville, Gerald Lewis of Batesville and Dennis Lewis of Pleasant Plains; two sisters, Jean Varnell and Maxine Fuller both of Batesville; twelve grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Arlis Lee; one daughter, Judy Carole Lee; and four brothers, Paul Lewis, Bob Lewis, Earl Lewis and Harry Lewis. Services will be 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at the Willis Funeral Service Chapel with Bob Devlin and Laurie DeWitt officiating. Interment will be at Egner Cemetery in Salado. Pallbearers are Arlis Lee, Jr., P.J. Traw, Zach Webb, Patrick Lee, Brad Webb and Arlis Lee, III. Honorary Pallbearers are Dr. Mohammad Khan, Trenton Lee and Arkansas Hospice.
