Bobbie Sue Cowan, 62, passed away on October 31, 2023. She was born in Sandusky, Ohio, on January 5, 1961, to Robert and Beverly Finder.

Bobbie Sue was kind, loving, accepting, and easy-going. She loved taking care of others and always saw the best in everyone. Bobbie Sue also enjoyed crocheting and spending time with her pets, which included two dogs, two cats, two goats, and five chickens. She also liked to travel and go camping. Bobbie Sue was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend whose memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert Frank Finder and Beverly (Leibaucher) Finder, and brother, Fred Finder. She is survived by her loving husband, David Cowan of Sulphur Rock, Arkansas; son, Nicholas Delzotti (Kathleen) of Gurnee, Illinois; daughter, Sally Gilbert (Aaron) of Coquille, Oregon; brothers, Jeff Finder (Judy) of Idaho, Frank Finder of Oregon, Robert Finder (Cindy) of Coosbay, Oregon, and James Finder (Betty) of Montana; sisters, Christine Dwbevick (Richard) of Klamath Falls, Oregon, Anne Jones of Oklahoma, Theresa Sullivan (Bryan) of Washington, and Debbie Eversole (Keith) of Coquille, Oregon; grandchildren, Jaedan Delzotti, Gage Delzotti, Abigail Delzotti, Jacqueline Delzotti, Alex Gilbert, Wyatt Gilbert, and Taylor Gilbert; and great-grandchildren, Paisley Gilbert and Paisley Gilbert.
