Billy Dean Thompson, 64, passed away Thursday, November 17, 2016. He was born January 28, 1952 in Monticello, Indiana to Thomas Bending and Phyllis (Rice) Bending. He enjoyed going fishing and boating and enjoyed his work as a truck driver. He was preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Phyllis Bending; one sister Tina Duffy; and one nephew Timothy Duffy. He is survived by his wife of 8 years Donna Thompson of the home; three sons William Thompson and his wife Angela, Thomas Thompson and his wife Heather; Jon Thompson and his wife Wendi all of Indiana; one step-son Bradley Hodge; one sister Pam Gates of Batesville; nine grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation will be Saturday November 19, 2016 from 3-4 PM with the funeral service beginning at 4 PM both at the Willis Funeral Service Chapel with Bro. David Insell officiating.
