Billy Wayne Melton, 71, passed away on March 7, 2020. He was born April 18, 1948, in Joiner, AR to William "Bill" and Betty Melton. Billy was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and son. He loved to sing and spend time with his family. He was also a proud Army Veteran.

He is preceded in death by his parents, William "Bill" and Betty Melton, and nephew, Rodney Melton. He is survived by his son, Ronnie Meyer; daughter, Charlie Rose; brother, Gary Melton; sister, Carol Sandefur; grandchildren, Zoie Rose, Breegan Rose, and Jack Meyer; niece, Carla Melton Sterling; and nephews, Matthew Melton and Grayson Melton.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2020, at Willis Funeral Service from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. The funeral service, officiated by Bill Allen, will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2020, at Willis Funeral Service, starting at 10 a.m.
