Billy Ray Carlton passed away from this life on December 16, 2020. He was born January 12, 1947, in Batesville, AR to the late J.L. and Valarie (Martin) Carlton. He was a loving father and grandfather. Billy spent his life as a carpenter and working with his hands. He was an Army veteran and a true and faithful friend.

He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Bobby Carlton. He is survived by his daughters, Lilli Peugeot of Batesville, Marcy Foster (Chris) of Batesville and their mother; one grandson Trey Peugeot; and one niece, Bobbi Boozer. He is also survived by his girlfriend, Donna Bristow of Sulphur Rock; her son Stephen Bristow (Tina) of Lynn; her grandchildren Nikki Blevins (Jason) and Aaron Bristow (Lexis) and many other family and friends.

Arrangements are entrusted to Willis Funeral Service. The family will host a memorial service on Tuesday, December 22, 2020, at 2 PM at the North Heights Church of Christ in Batesville. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Paragould Children's Home
