Billie Jo Ramey transitioned from this life on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at Medical Center of Plano, (Plano, Texas). She was preceded in death by: mother, Ardean White Smith Ramey and father, William "Billy" Ramey. She leaves to cherish her memories: two uncles, Tommy McGoogan and Lee Wesley Ramey; one aunt, Cardia Ramey; and one great aunt, Johnnie Ann Kennard; cousins, and extended family and friends. Funeral services will be 11am Saturday, February 6th at West Baptist Church, 1100 N. Central Ave, Batesville, Arkansas 72501. Visitation will be from 9:30 am until 11:00(prior to service).
