Beulah Beatrice Wilcox, 86, of Batesville, passed away Friday Dec. 14, 2018. She was born Sept. 25, 1932 in Batesville, Arkansas, to Ira and Ruby (Martin) Hays. Beulah was a homemaker, loved going to the sale barn, loved her farm and some might say, "she was tough as nails." She loved her family and her baby girl. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Clenis Wilcox; daughter, Barbra Kay Johns; brother, Waymon Hays. She is survived by her special sister-n-law, "Nelda Goodman"; nephews keith and Kenny Hays; niece,and best friend, Velma Wood. There will be a visitation Tue.
