Minervia Anita (Duncan) Smith was born November 7th, 1928 to Walter Lee Duncan and Nancy J. (Bales) Duncan and passed away May 24th, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, step-mother Millie Duncan, first husband E.T. Kuykendall, sisters, Beatrice Smith, Rosie Casper, Aileen Moody, and Gladys Tinker, daughters, Nancy Salvato and Deborah Tackett, grandbaby Debbie Kaye Tackett, and grandsons, Ron Allard and Heath Baird. She is survived by daughter, Karen Kuykendall, grandsons, Mark J. Davis, Charles, Nick, and E.L. Salvato, grand-daughters, Michelle Perkey, Heather Baird, and Melissa Johnson, 13 great-grandchildren, one great-great grand-daughter Piper Lee Ives, and special friend Steven Pickard. A memorial service is planned to be held at a later date.
