Amanda
Fleetwood
July 25, 1979 – April 17, 2026
Amanda Fleetwood, 46, of Batesville, passed away on April 17, 2026. She was born on July 25, 1979, in Heber Springs, Arkansas, to her loving parents, Rick Johnson and Peggy Johnson.
Amanda was a devoted MDS Coordinator who had a true calling for caring for others. She found deep purpose in working with the elderly, always offering compassion, patience, and kindness to those she served. Her nurturing spirit extended far beyond her profession and into every part of her life.
She had a passion for cooking and was known as a gourmet cook who could bring people together through her meals. Amanda loved the simple joys of life—spending time with her family, attending lively country and rock concerts, and caring for her beloved animals. Her fur babies and her flock of chickens brought her so much happiness, and she cared for them with the same love she gave so freely to everyone around her.
Above all, Amanda cherished her children and family. They were her heart and her greatest joy. She created a home filled with warmth, laughter, and love that will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents on both sides.
Left to cherish her precious memories are her beloved husband of four and a half years, Jon Fleetwood; her parents, Rick Johnson and Peggy Johnson; her son, Jaron Keating; her daughter, Jessalyn (Nicklee) Johnson; her stepdaughter, Courtney (Corey) Richey; and her step-grandchildren, Nate Fleetwood and Colt Richey. She also leaves behind many extended family members and friends who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts.
Though our hearts are heavy with sorrow, we find comfort in knowing that Amanda’s love did not end here—it lives on in every life she touched. In the quiet moments, in the laughter she left behind, and in the love shared among her family, her spirit will always remain. She was deeply loved, and she will be forever missed, but never forgotten.
