Allen Wayne Stephens, 52 of Freeman, MO passed away Friday, September 26, 2014 in Batesville. He was born November 2, 1961 in Batesville to Fletcher Stephens and Betty Sue Edwards Stephens. He was a heavy equipment operator, truck driver, enjoyed fishing, hunting, boating, and life. Survivors include his mother, Sue Twilley of Kansas City, MO; two sons, Scott Stephens and Chris Stephens both of Kansas City, MO; one daughter, Tiffanie Stephens of Batesville; one brother, Eric Twilley of Pacific Grove, CA and six grandchildren, Jace Daugherty, Taylor Daugherty, Jake Daugherty, Riley Stephens, Grant Stephens, and Kinley Stephens. He is preceded in death by his father and his brother, Victor Scott Stephens. Per Allen's request a visitation only will be 6:00 P.M-8:00 P.M., Monday, September 29, 2014. There will be a private burial at a later date. Honorary Pallbearers are Kevin Jeffrey, Mitchell Stubbs, Barry Farrell, Sammy Keller, Joey Rodgers, Andy Robey, and JR Wilson.
