Allen Ray Howard, 70, passed away Tuesday, April 4th, 2017. He was born December 21st 1946. He enjoyed going fishing, and time spent with his family and his dogs. He was preceded in death by his parents Earnest and Pauline Howard; two sisters Lee Hightower and Anna Mae Brannon; and his wife Barbara Howard. He is survived by two daughters Laura Overton and her husband Larry; Brenda Bumpous and her husband Bub; one son Michael Howard; one brother Calvin Howard and his wife Theresa; one sister Alice Faye Holowell; four grandchildren, James Howard, Dustin Headstream, Tyler Headstream, and Brittany Headstream; and a host of other relatives and dear friends. Visitation will be Saturday, April 8th from 10-11 AM with the funeral service beginning at 11 AM both at the Willis Funeral Service Chapel with Bro. Kenny Tharp officiating.
