Willene Whitlow Obituary

Willene Bell Morse Whitlow, 72, of Saffell passed away Monday, October 14, 2013 in Batesville. She was born March 21, 1941 in Saffell to Bert Bell and Rosetta Mitchell Bell. She worked in logging and was a member of the Mt. Harmony Free Will Baptist Church where she was involved in many activities. She loved being with her grandchildren, animals, flowers, and plants.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Ronald Morse; two grandsons, Shane Morse and Wayne Morse; one great granddaughter, Taylor Kayann Morrison; four brothers and three sisters.

Survivors include her husband, Gary Whitlow of the home; one son, Kenny Morse and his wife Rhonda of Saffell; two daughters, Annette Johnson and her husband Matt of Newark and Paulette Meadows and her husband Eddie of Cord; one brother, A.L. Bell of Saffell; eight grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.

Services will be 10:00 A.M., Friday, October 18, 2013 at Mt. Harmony Free Will Baptist Church with Stanley Vandergrift and R. J. Akers officiating. Interment will be in the Hopewell Cemetery in Cord. Pallbearers are Glenn Meadows, Robert Johnson, Thomas Johnson, Aaron Jobe, Eddie Ray Doyle and Kenny Dingman.


Visitation will be Thursday, October 17, 2013 from 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M.
