Rondall " Ron" Alan Darr, 56, of Charlotte passed away Monday, June 30, 2014 in Charlotte. He was born December 27, 1957 in Jonesboro to McEwen L. Darr and Earline Elliott Darr. Ron was a truck driver, a member of the Center Grove Baptist Church and most recently worked for the Independence County Road Department. He loved the outdoors, helping people and spending time with his grandson.
Survivors include his mother, Earline Darr of Paragould; one son, Michael Darr of Batesville; one daughter, Catherine Baxter of Batesville; one sister, Valerie Emmert of Pottsville, Texas and one grandson, Lane Baxter.
He is preceded in death by his father and his wife, Deborah Darr.
Services will be 10:00 A.M., Thursday, July 3, 2014 at the Willis Funeral Service Chapel with Tracy Grissom officiating. Interment will be at Charlotte Cemetery in Charlotte.
Visitation will be Wednesday, July 2, 2014 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
