Klawdia Zebinowa Zaremba, 90, of Batesville passed away Sunday, February 23, 2014 in Batesville. She was born January 1, 1924 in Ukraine to Timothy Zebinowa and Maria Suzenko Zebinowa. She was a member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Batesville.
Survivors include two daughters, Anna Barber of Batesville and Joann Franklin of Pine Bluff; four grandchildren, Brenda Kingston, B.L. Barber, Brian Barber and Aerial Franklin; five great grandchildren, Jordain Barber, Kade Barber, Justin Barber, Jaiden Barber and Jace Barber and one great great grandchild, Zoey Hazelwood.
She is preceded in death by family in Ukraine; her husband, Jozef Zaremba; son in law, Bernis "Tom" Barber and son in law, Wayne Hibray.
Services will be 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Batesville with Rev. Dhanraj Narla officiating. Interment will be in the Palestine Cemetery at Hutchinson Mountain. Pallbearers are Mark Kingston, B.L. Barber, Brian Barber, Justin Barber, Robert Barber and Lannie Barber. Honorary Pallbearers are members of the extended Barber family.
Visitation is Tuesday, February 25, 2014 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. with Rosary at 7:00 P.M.
